Mirador de Ulia

Located on a hilltop 3 kilometers from the center of town, this historic establishment offers spectacular views of the city and Zurriola beach. The chef, Rubén Trincado, is the third generation of his family to oversee the restaurant, and his cuisine, which combines excellent raw materials with refined and elegant techniques, gives a nod to the cuisine of nearby France. They offer five different menus, ranging from one that caters to vegetarians to another, called the Hake Menu (tail to nose), that features ten different preparations of hake.
