Mont Bar

Iván Castro, who comes from a family of restaurateurs in the Vall d'Aran, is the creator of this charming gastrobar located a few meters from the university square. His cuisine combines a variety of avant-garde tapas and small plates. Relying on vegetables, lamb, chicken and cheese from locally owned farms, Castro turns out dishes such as a terrine of cochanillo Cantonese with apple and a deconstructed carrot cake. A wine cellar stocked with 250 references is substantial for a restaurant of this size.
