The kitchen celebrates modern Icelandic cuisine through pristine local ingredients in dishes like Arctic char with cucumber, rye bread, Greek yogurt and wasabi, chicken liver parfait with blueberries, seeds, crispy bread and bacon and lamb filet with potatoes, parsnip and rutabaga. An excellent wine list and carefully selected Icelandic beers complement the menu.
