Chef David Rustarazo, known as Rusti to his friends, trained at the esteemed restaurants Gresca, Inopia and Bar de Coure. At Nairod, he presents a gastronomic proposal featuring around 20 dishes that are constantly being updated based on seasonality. But regardless of the time of year, you will always find dishes based on game and offal as well as long-simmered stews. Popular dishes include the acclaimed croquettes, an open tortilla of anchovies and the Lievre Royale. A warm and welcoming atmosphere and an attentive staff add to the experience.
