Opened by Mathieu Germond, former co-owner of Pied à Terre, this white-tableclothed place in Fitzrovia sits on a site that was formerly home to Ollie Dabbous’s eponymous restaurant. The menu is theoretically French bistro but incorporates all sorts of other influences. Head chef George Farrugia, whose Cypriot background shows up on the menu in offerings like Greek cheese tart, serves dishes like braised snails with wild boar ragout and tomato foam or roasted duck breast with pearl barley and prune purée.
