When it comes to being influential in the British culinary world, Yotam Ottolenghi belongs to a club that includes the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Fergus Henderson. Having become famous while running a series of cafés that focused on salads and pastries, Nopi was Ottolenghi’s first foray into a more formal restaurant, with communal dining downstairs and table service up top.
