After a 2 year closure, Raz Rahav and chef de Cuisine, Shelly Yehuden are back to crafting meticulous tasting menus at this acclaimed fine dining spot. Guests sit at a U-shaped counter and watch chefs prepares dishes like smoked labneh-filled sufganiya with sherry vinegar and rosemary and olive tapenade, amberjack sashimi with lemon juice, soy sauce and ginger relish and steamed sea bass with oats, cashew, and pumpkin-curry crab bisque. The wine list focuses on Israeli naturals and boutique producers, balanced by Burgundy and Champagne.
