Osman Sezener has created one of Turkey's defining farm-to-table restaurants. Set amid the family's olive groves, vineyards, and extensive kitchen gardens, the restaurant grows much of its own produce while sourcing the remainder from artisans and farmers within a few kilometers of the estate. Seasonal tasting menus revolve around open-fire cooking, allowing pristine seafood, vegetables, herbs, and locally raised meats to express their natural flavors with remarkable clarity. There’s an outstanding wine cellar, luxurious guesthouse and a serene countryside setting.
