Not surprisingly, Osteria del Boccondivino is the best example of the principles set out by that famous association. The menu features the best Piedmont has to offer, with dishes like tajarin with Bra sausage and Carmagnola rabbit cooked in Arneis wine executed at the highest level. Many of the labels from the large wine list are available by the glass.
