This tiny Clapton natural wine bar doesn’t even have a kitchen. Instead, regularly changing, highly regarded chefs produce brilliant modern British seasonal food on induction hobs. The feel is vaguely Parisian; previous P. Franco chefs have included William Gleave, now at Hackney’s Bright, and Anna Tobias, alumnus of Rochelle Canteen and The River Cafe. Food might include squid taglioni, Woolley Park Farm duck rillettes or ox tongue.
