This was the first if what has become many Israeli chefs who opened restaurant in London. Loud and fun, this no-reservations Soho restaurant is inspired by the bonkers Jerusalem restaurant Machneyuda, where chefs drink shots with customers and dancing on the bar is encouraged. Head chef Tomer Amedi, who hails from the Israeli original, uses organic fruit and veg and free-range meat in his punchily flavored menu of balsamic chicken livers, octopus-topped hummus, merguez sausage and labneh.
