Situated in Rotterdam’s Euromast Park overlooking the Maas River, Parkheuvel achieved international recognition during Cees Helder reign. Erik van Loo took over in 2006 and he has been serving dishes like lobster with watermelon, fresh garden herbs and finger limes and roe deer with beetroot, vanilla, almond and umeboshi, ever since. The circular dining room offers sweeping views of the park and river. The wine cellar is deep and varied, featuring Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne as its foundation, alongside carefully selected international bottles.
