A sweet neighborhood café in Kensal Green, where Jesse Dunford Wood, who trained under Michael Caines at Gidleigh Park and Michel Roux Jr., serves an eclectic list of dishes that range from modern British – golden beetroot soup with parsley dumplings – to internationally inspired dishes like chicken Kiev with hash browns and coleslaw. On Sundays, they offer the famous parlour posh roast platter, which includes Shorthorn beef, Goosenaugh chicken and Tamsworth pork.
