<p>Kieran Glennon runs the kitchen at this restaurant with its elegant dining rooms that combine Georgian grandeur with modern luxury. His menus showcase French haute cuisine enriched with Irish produce in dishes like ravioli of blue lobster with lobster coconut cream, toasted almond and split curry dressing, Kilmore Quay wild turbot with caper, nori and lemon butter and glazed Barbarie duckling with daikon, green apple and angel hair chili. The wine list is exceptional, with Burgundy and Bordeaux grands crus, Champagne prestige cuvées, and international vintages.</p>
