The question of where to find London’s best burger is open to debate, but Patty and Bun (est. 2012) is one of the small chains whose name you’ll hear bandied about. The question of Patty and Bun’s best burger is also open to debate. Some say it’s the Ari Gold, the dry-aged patty dressed with smoky mayo and pickled onions; others say it’s the Smokey Robinson, with caramelized onions and bacon. Either way, expect dry-aged beef from H. G. Walter, a soft brioche bun and tasty, hand-cut, rosemary-salted fries. Reservations taken.
