For more than 20 years, Westminster’s Quilon has focused on the specialties of the southwest coast of India. Head chef Sriram Aylur has cooked here since the restaurant opened, creating a menu filled with dishes like seafood moilee, Malabar lamb biryani and Kavari oysters. Hugely popular with members of Parliament, the restaurant has a “division bell” that signals that diners need to return to the floor because a parliamentary vote is imminent.
