Quimet et Quimet

When you first see the bottles that line the walls of this restaurant, it is easy to think you have entered a wine shop. The place is run by Quim, the great-grandson of the founder. There is no kitchen; the food is entirely prepared at the bar, so all dishes are served cold. The best-sellers are the montadito of salmon, yogurt and truffled honey, or one of artichoke, creamy Brillat-Savarin and tomato confit. A large assortment of wines (more than 500 references) and a selection of tasty beers, both draught and bottled.
