The large windows of the dining room of this hotel/restaurant overlooking the beach in Zahara los Antunes bring the sea onto your plate. The emphasis is on the local specialty, the wonderful tuna that swims directly just off the Zahara coast, with the menu offering a veritable tour of every inch of the fish, served raw or cooked, preserved or in stews. There are more than 20 different preparations on offer. You can also sample the much-prized gambas and other shellfish from nearby Huelva. The cellar is stocked with dozens of carefully chosen bottles.
