Jordi Roca, the youngest of the Roca brothers, has been passionate about ice cream since he was a little boy. The ice cream parlors he and his family created are a frozen fantasy world that uses the best possible raw materials; the milk is from an organic farm in Girona, the vanilla from Madagascar; the fruit is always in season, and the cocoa is a blend that Jordi has specially selected for his ice creams. Flavors range from the exotic, like parmesan or asparagus and truffle, to the more traditional, like caramel.
