Bartosz Szymczak, who worked with Tom Aiken in London, serves Modern European cuisine featuing dishes such as snails with dill and walnuts, langoustine with kohlrabi and kombu and Wagyu dumplings with ponzu and truffle. The wine list is curated with breadth, showcasing Old World regions, particularly Burgundy, Italy, and Central Europe.
