The team of David de Coca in the kitchen and Mònica Cortassa in the dining room have turned Sa Llagosta into the must-visit restaurant on the island of Menorca. The main reason to come to this small place is to taste its canonical lobster stew, with its honest, complex and clean flavors. In addition to this work of culinary art (and other impeccable elaborations featuring lobster), David masterfully integrates the Menorcan recipe book with influences from his travels around the world. You need to reserve the tasting menu in advance, something we highly recommend doing.
