The peasant traditions of Menorca serve as the underpinning of the cuisine, and the intelligent use of their technical skill allows the cuisine to be contemporary and timeless at the same time. On offer is a wide selection of fare, from rice and stews to a variety of dishes that feature local seafood. Three different tasting menus are offered, and Pendás takes care of every detail in the dining room as well as sourcing bottles from some of Europe’s most ambitious wineries.
