Stadera Gastronomia

After working for Genarro Esposito at IT Milano, Aldo Ritrovato wanted to downscale from running a gastro bistro, opening what the Italians call a gastronomia, a cross between a deli and a small restaurant. Although you can definitely take your lunch home, it’s so nice to sit at one of the few tables on the sidewalk or inside on the seats along the long counter and choose from the small menu of perfectly executed traditional dishes, most from Ritrovato’s native Campania: eggplant parmigiana, Naples-style lasagna or fusilloni alla Nerano (with zucchini and provolone).
