When former blogger and radio host, Bruno Verjus, tired of life in the corporate world, he decided to open this unique restaurant. Employing an ingredient-first philosophy, he created a unique mix of haute cuisine and home cooking, catapulting Table into the #1 foodie destination in Paris. Dishes highlight the exceptional ingredients: blue lobster with peas and citrus, free-range poultry with truffle jus and his classic chocolate tart topped with caviar for dessert.
