The Vrinat family opened Taillevent in 1946. Located in a stately hôtel particulier, the wood-paneled dining rooms radiate old-world elegance. Giuliano Sperandio, who worked with Christophe Pelé at Le Clarence, has led the kitchen since 2021. His neo-Classical French cuisine includes house classics like langoustine boudin with a lemongrass and ginger velouté and roast rack of lamb or lamb rubbed with herbs and served with a sweet pepper jus.. The legendary cellar offers over 2,000 references, rich in Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne, curated with precision.
