The Alchemix

The tarmixtes are Sergi Palacín and Ignacio Ussía – chef and bartender, who met while working at the restaurant Gaggan in Bangkok. Given their resumés, it’s not surprising that the duo created a concept based on a fusion of Catalan and Asian concepts. Hence the restaurant’s name. Dishes include a curry of Mediterranean prawns and a trinxat (Andorran potato and cabbage cake) with escalivado pepper and Wagyu sausage with ponzu. The cocktails are both perfectly made and a perfect accompaniment for the quirky food.
