As of October 5, The Jane embarks in a new chapter. After spending 10 years in a former chapel, the restaurant is relocating to a new space in Antwerp’s Eilandje District. Nick Bril is still at the helm, and the three tasting menus that he offers deliver avant-garde fine dining with dramatic flair. Dishes such as langoustine with yuzu kosho or beef with smoked caviar reflect his boundary-pushing style. The wine list is extensive and global, offering rare vintages and bold pairings.
