London fishmongers The Sea, The Sea have two restaurants, one quite different from the other. The first is in Hackney, a cutting-edge chef’s table experience; the other’s in Chelsea and an altogether more casual proposition. The latter’s based out of the group’s Pavilion Road shop, which transforms by night into a smart little seafood bar and terrace. Grab a stool at the counter for elegant plates like Scottish langoustine custard or chutoro or cantaloupe and fig leaf oil. Keep an ear out for occasional guest-chef events.
