Adelf Morales has two passions: sourcing amazing Spanish products and Japanese cuisine. Here he produces a fusion cuisine using the best available product at reasonable prices. A shot of sake holds an oyster topped with flying fish roe. A crayfish skewer is paired with curry mayonnaise. Steak tartare is laced with Japanese flavors, and there are no less than six tapas featuring tuna. Rice dishes are more traditional, like one with mushrooms and red prawns, as are the meat dishes, such as Iberian suckling pig cooked for 24 hours. There’s a nice list of wines and sakes.
