Trattoria Marsupino

In the heart of the Langhe region, the fourth generation of the same family has been running Trattoria Marsupino since 1901, and over the past century it has evolved from a rustic trattoria into a full-fledged restaurant. The cuisine is a bit more adventurous than you typically find in the region. Alongside classics such as agnolotti del plin stuffed with three roasts, you’ll find spaghetti alla chitarra, snails and alpine butter with herbs or an offering of carbonada – made here with donkey instead of beef – along with a few dishes with some French influences or featuring fish.
