Trinity
London, United Kingdom
This very lovely modern British kitchen is run by Adam Byatt, who started his career working in the kitchen of Claridge’s, which he followed with stints at The Square and The Berkeley. When Byatt first opened the restaurant back in 2006, the dining scene south of the Thames was virtually nonexistent, and Trinity easily became the best restaurant in Clapham, causing a sensation among locals and serving innovative dishes like sardine Bolognese ravioli in red mullet soup or house-smoked eel pissaladière.
